This website is hosted by IONOS SE. When you access it, technically necessary server logs such as IP address, time, page accessed, referrer and browser data may be processed. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to provide the website securely.

3. Contact and recruitment enquiries

When you submit a form, we process contact, company, country, availability and training information solely to handle the selected seasonal-work, training or partner enquiry. This may include occupation, industry, planned start, competent body and accommodation details. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information is transmitted by email; no applicant database or document upload is used.

4. Optional further contact

If you select the separate, unticked consent, we may contact you about suitable training services beyond the specific enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time for the future by email.

5. Retention

Enquiries are deleted when no longer necessary for their purpose and no legal retention duty applies. If no cooperation results, we generally review deletion after no more than six months.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website uses no advertising trackers, audience analytics or non-essential cookies. No consent-based services are currently used.

7. Your rights

Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to a data protection authority.
